A Guide to Cycle To Work Vouchers
Alex LewisShare
At Winspace UK we accept Cycle To Work vouchers from all the major providers. Here's our guide to funding your next bike, frameset or wheels with your C2W voucher.

What is the C2W scheme?
The Cycle to Work Scheme is a government initiative that encourages healthier, greener, and more cost-effective commuting. By signing up, you can purchase any of the items on our website - complete bike, frame or wheels - through a payment plan between you and your employer with payments spread monthly and taken directly from your salary, saving you up to 48%.
The process is simple and quick and there are no up-front costs. We accept vouchers from all major providers.
1 - Choose your products
Choose from our range of bike packages here, or select just a frame or wheels and add everything to your cart. (You're welcome to collect in person from us in Bridgend, otherwise please also add shipping at this step.)
NOTE: If you prefer a custom build, please get in touch and we'll provide you a quote after collecting all your requirements.
From payment methods, select 'Cycle To Work Voucher' and complete checkout. There's no obligation to buy at this stage - this just gives you the total cost you need to request a voucher from your employer.
If you have chosen one of our complete bike packages, we'll be in touch to discuss all your options.

2 - Calculate your savings
You can use the calculator below to work out your total savings and monthly cost. (Don't worry if your employer doesn't use GCI - the calculation should be the same across all providers.) Your employer can advise you on the maximum voucher value and number of months you can choose to repay.
3 - Get your voucher
If you decide to go ahead, request a voucher from your employer. Once you have it, share the code with us and we'll complete your order!
Cycle To Work FAQs
Here are some common questions regarding the Cycle To Work scheme. Please reach out if you need any further help or advice.
How does the C2w scheme save money?
The cost of your bike is paid for from your gross salary, meaning you pay less National Insurance and Income tax for each month you're paying for your bike. Exact savings depend on your salary. (See the savings calculator above.)
What vouchers do you accept?
We currently accept vouchers from The Green Commute Initiative, Cycle Solutions, Vivup, BikeToWork, Enjoy Benefits, CycleScheme and the Halfords Cycle to Work scheme. We regularly review other schemes. Please get in touch if your voucher provider is not listed and we'll be happy to look into it.
How long will it take?
Once you've chosen what you want we'll endeavour to provide you with a written quote within 1 business day. Typically, employers provide you with a voucher within 5 days. Once we have your code we will place your order immediately. We will have informed you whether your items are here in UK stock for 1 business day delivery, or whether they are a special order, which takes 10-20 days depending on the time of year. If you've chosen a complete bike then delivery times are in line with our current build queue.
Can I just buy a frameset or wheels?
Absolutely! You can use your voucher to purchase a frameset to build yourself, or a new set of wheels to upgrade your current bike, or have us quote for a complete new build using the components of your choice.
What if my items cost more than my maximum voucher value?
If the value of your voucher doesn't fully cover the cost of your bike, some providers allow you to make a top-up payment to us using your credit or debit card like a normal purchase. Please check with your own provider and call us for advice.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
None of the schemes require you to pay anything up-front to us.
Can I also buy accessories from you, such as a helmet or lock?
Yes! These aren't listed on our website but we'll be happy to recommend and supply whatever you need.
Do you accept discount codes on C2W purchases?
Discount codes are not accepted on goods purchased through a Cycle to Work scheme.
